What Program Users Are Saying

1. As a woman working in a freelance career in film/tv, specifically as a technician in a male dominated field, it’s been challenging to manage the realities of an oppressive environment. Trying to maintain jobs and working relationship as “one of the guys”, is far more difficult for a woman on a deeply personal level when it comes to her identity and her voice. I was stuck with one piece of the puzzle while reconstructing myself recently, and Sora’s coaching helped me to see more clearly. Her insight and wisdom was certainly valuable advice, though it was her strategy to help change the mindset that truly got me to where I needed to be. After my initial talk with Sora to uncover my mental blocks, I noticed a difference in my perspective immediately. After one month of ongoing practice to retrain my brain, and stop old thoughts with emotional patterns, I can honestly say that I am truly grateful for Sora’s work. I feel freer, more confident, less challenged by past negative traumas as I have found a new way to move forward with myself in the world I work in. Ultimately I am healthier because of it. Thank you Sora for your time, compassion and coaching, it has brought me to the next level of my best self!

2. When I worked with Sora, my main challenge was to become healthier and learn a new way to train myself off of smoking/vaping. By working with Sora and her Obsessive/Compulsive Program I learned that my thought patterns are persistent and repetitive and if I just idly sit back and hope that they will pass nothing will progress. Sora’s Program turned on the light that I needed to fight persistent and repetitive thoughts with persistent and repetitive counter actions.  That the road is a committed one and that the steps toward a successful goal can sometimes be the daily simple steps as the one that Sora teaches.

I have also used the Program for my drinking habits and they have also helped me with that as well.  I would recommend the program, to anyone who is having a hard time trying to do it on their own and not able to see the light at the end of the tunnel.  Sora’s Program could be the missing link.

3.  I was having trouble in my daily life due to ideas and thoughts spinning in my head and an inability to ground, and focus.  I decided to try Sora’s Obsessive/Compulsive Management Program in hopes that I would learn tools to help me.  It’s been only a few weeks since I completed the program and I am blown away at how it’s improved my life..  I can notice when my thoughts are circling and immediately apply Sora’s tools so I can ground and shift my focus to a more grounded thought and then take positive action.  If you are ready to let go of patterns of behavior that leave you feeling stuck and unhealthy I highly recommend this program –

4. Sora’s Obsessive/Compulsive “Management” Program has honestly been a life changer for me. I was going through periods of time in my life where I had no control over feeling overwhelmed by the lists that I made.Sora’s program has educated me to the fact that I have choices and I have the power to change my habits. She has provided me with an arsenal of effective “tools” to use to manage my list making.  There is a special question that I use to stop myself from overlistmaking and that gives me the choice along with 2 simple techniques to now become a managed list maker.

I can truly say I am a happier person now.

I am able to ask myself this essential question and guide myself through the program to live a better, healthier, and less stressful life.

It is without reservation that I recommend “Sora’s Obsessive/ Compulsive Management Program.” This is a program that has brought me a great deal of satisfaction and self control.

Thank you Sora for changing my life!

5. Sora’s Program is well thought out. She keenly understands the mind and how it works in relation to ones “inner voice”.
She teaches you how to take control and how to be uncomfortable with your thoughts while training you to choose better thoughts.
Her approach in the Program is methodical, simplified and ultimately teaches you a technique that will become a skill to help you stay focused on making better decisions.
You never feel judged or forced in this process.
I was able in a few weeks time to come to terms with my self identified struggle to maintain consistency in daily exercise.
Her program works to teach you to take personal accountability for your thoughts and finally gives you the framework to choose what behavior you want to stop , or in my personal example “continue”.
So often in my experience when deciding daily if I will workout or not, I let myself off the hook- very quickly and easily! The build up to the inner conversation is often painful, and the ramifications after my decision NOT to workout lasts for hours…. so wasteful and self harming.
This program allows you to Stop, and Think before you just “let yourself off the hook”.
As you regain the control over your thoughts inevitably making the decision to workout became so easy for me.
You have to do the work though! One must really dig deep into the thoughts that surround your “self identified” challenge.
In my experience I was able to let go of and stop thinking about the thoughts that led to my procrastination or dismissal of doing something that was actually good for me, and leaves me feeling so great afterwards.
Rather then thinking of it as Resistance or Compliance making a healthy decision has become second nature and enjoyable.

Sora’s style, language and sensibility support the successful work she has done over the years. The accolades she received as an educator and coach certainly have influenced her approach to this her latest program. I thank her for sharing this program with me.

6. As someone who is extremely busy and has a good number of projects going on, I can get easily distracted in what can feel like a maelstrom of individual tasks to complete and goals to accomplish.  Sora’s Management Program has helped me learn a new way to stay more focused and make the most of my time resources when the wide array of things I deal with each day pulls me in a different direction and keeps me from being focused.

7.  “Speaking with Sora is like chatting with an old friend. I came to her with a persistent addiction to social media. I knew the pages I followed were destructive to my mental clarity and self-esteem. Yet I had a compulsive urge to check them every day, often multiple times per day.

I’ve been dealing with this issue for years. It feels like walking around with dirty glasses all day, clouding your perception of reality. Sora gently showed me a future where I could be free of unhealthy attachments. Her tracker system not only gave me a healthy, methodical way to deal with my obsessive thoughts, but the hope that I could overcome them.

The turning point came around three weeks after I had successfully not checked social media by following Sora’s program. I was having a particularly rough day and decided to screw her program! I logged in and indulged my urges. When I came to the pages I had once scrutinized and obsessed over, I was wholly uninterested. I was almost bored.

This realization that I no longer have to force myself to stay away from social media is the most powerful takeaway I have from the Program. This freedom has now become a part of me and is effortless. This feeling is my new status quo.”

With gratitude and hugs,

8. “I highly recommend Sora and her program. She has a great understanding of how behavioral psychology works and designed her own practical approach, which gets the results you desire. I had one conversation with Sora, and her insights were extremely helpful and astute. I wanted to stop worrying about a family member, and her explanation about how her process works was enough to stop negative thoughts right in their tracks. After one conversation, the negative thinking pattern disappeared.”
